I need to price my coin collecting book of old coins. Is the more expensive guides any better than the less expensive ones? Or would it be better Xenical Online to take them to a professional appraiser?

US $1.26

I would try ebay it gives you a good idea of what you could actually get for these coins in the real world.
13 and thinking about a career? Wow, that's impressive. Good for you to know your strengths and try to maximize them. You have a LOT more options than the ones you listed.
At 13, you should try to get exposure to as many different careers and jobs as you can. The more experiences you have, the more knowledge you will have about your talents and passions.
As for drawing, you can definitely improve your drawing ability if you want to. All it takes is practice. A recent study of world class violinists found that while they have some natural talent, it is the amount of practice that separates world class players from the next level. You really can do anything you want provided that you:
1. Find out what it takes to do it
2. Determine what capabilities you have
3. Figure out the differences between #1 and #2
4. Create a plan to fill in the "gaps" found in #3
5. Work the plan from #4
6. Perform steps 1, 2, 3, 4 periodically
Good math skills are key to a lot of careers, including architecture (very competitive), medicine, actuarial science, pharmacy, … Most jobs want people who can be self-directed.
Try out lots of things and listen to your emotions. When you are happy doing something, that's something you should be doing. When you find the job you feel "called" to do, that is what you should be doing.
Good luck. You have a great adventure ahead of you. Have fun exploring your future.

Definitely not a handyman. A Realtor is a trademarked reference to someone who holds a real estate broker license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and could be the most helpful IF they are established in commercial real estate.
A commercial investment broker is your best bet. They must know how to determine the highest and best use of a property. They would know how to value the property and determine from you your personal finances if you could be the one to "re-develop" the property.
Go to the link below and you can find a professional that is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager in your area. Then you will be in good hands.
